Granny Mouse Spa steps it up!
Since being awarded the management contract for Granny Mouse Country House and Spa, Camelot Spa has begun a series of changes that are bound to make the already superb spa experience even better.
Based on a number of other models that have borne positive results for the group, Camelot Spa brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, and in conjunction with the Granny Mouse team, are in the process of reviewing the entire on-site spa offering.
General Manager, Sean Granger, commented that, “we have sat as a team and taken a detailed look at our current offering, not only from menu selections, but also down to the uniforms and products on offer. We are much closer to a revised product that we hope to launch towards the beginning of April. Our intention, is to have our guests completely blown away by their overall experience at Granny Mouse.”
Much time and effort has been spent talking to spa clients, analyzing treatment purchases and understanding the needs and wants of clients in order to ensure that the changes implemented are aligned with client expectations. The first step of new staff uniforms has already been implemented, and the new spa menu is also set to commence beginning of April.
